Quiet Heart sells digital products delivered immediately after payment (a downloadable ebook and an online course) and made-to-order prayer candles. Because digital products give you instant, permanent access, all sales of digital products are final and we do not offer refunds.

Before you buy

We show a complete sample day of the ebook and the full list of what's inside each product on our pages, so you can decide with confidence.

If something doesn't work

If a file won't download or open, a lesson won't load, or you were charged twice by mistake, email hello@quietheartprayer.com from the address you used at checkout. We'll fix the problem or correct a duplicate charge.

Prayer candles

Candles are printed and poured to order in the United States and ship to US addresses only, usually arriving in 6 to 9 days. Because each one is made for you, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If your candle arrives damaged or with a printing error, email a photo to hello@quietheartprayer.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
