This policy explains what Quiet Heart ("we") collects when you visit quietheartprayer.com or buy from us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you buy: your email address and name, and the product you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you buy the ebook, Stripe securely saves your card so you can add the course in one click on the next page; we never charge it without your click.
When you use your library: which course days you mark as done, so we can show your progress.
When you visit: our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, for up to 30 days. We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, send you sign-in links and receipts, answer your emails, and prevent fraud. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider, which stores our site and database. Both only process data to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Social media
We publish videos on TikTok. If you interact with our TikTok account, TikTok's own privacy policy applies. Our posting tool only uses TikTok's official API to publish our own videos to our own account and does not collect data about viewers.
Fonts
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep purchase records as long as needed for your access and for tax and accounting law. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@quietheartprayer.com.
Children
Our products are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
